At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
